ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 44, § 6 repealed 7-13-14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 207, § 13, relating to claim for refund of gasoline tax paid on gasoline not used in motor boats or in motor vehicles licensed to operate on highways, effective July 1, 1998.
