A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the public election fund from the amount deposited pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-8A-13 NMSA 1978 in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per month during fiscal year 2008 and subsequent fiscal years. History: Laws 2007 (1st S.S.), ch. 2, § 8. Effective dates. — Laws 2007 (1st S.S.), ch. 2 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 28, 2007, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
