A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the substance abuse education fund of the amounts designated pursuant to Section 7-2-30 NMSA 1978 as contributions to that fund. Compiler's notes. — Laws 1987, ch. 257, § 1 and ch. 265, § 3 both enacted 7-1-6.18 NMSA 1978, thereby necessitating the renumbering of this section as 7-1-6.24 NMSA 1978.
