ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 176, § 2 repealed 7-1-13.3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1992, ch. 55, § 9, authorizing the department to accept payment of taxes by credit card, effective June 18, 1999.
