Repeals. — Laws 1985, ch. 68, § 5 repealed 69-8-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1961, ch. 136, § 6, relating to the state mine inspector's rulemaking power, effective April 1, 1985. For present provisions as to rulemaking, see 69-8-4 NMSA 1978.
