Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 193, § 19 repealed 69-8-12 and 69-8-13 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1961, ch. 136, §§ 12, 13 relating to enforcement and power as to witnesses, effective July 1, 1989.
