Repeals. — Laws 2007, ch. 301, § 18 and Laws 2007, ch. 302, § 18 repealed 69-7-4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1889, ch. 103, § 4, relating to failure or neglect to make inquiries for record or negligent entries or to keep record book, effective June 15, 2007.
