Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-7-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1889, ch. 103, § 1, relating to the record of ore receipts required, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-7-2 NMSA 1978.
