Repeals. — Laws 2007, ch. 301, § 18 and Laws 2007, ch. 302, § 18 repealed 69-5-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1953, ch. 82, § 3, relating to guards and safety belts around the seats of operated vehicles or equipment in underground mines, effective June 15, 2007.
