Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-33-1 to 69-33-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 267, 268, 270, and 273, relating to ventilation of gases in mines other than coal, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
