Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-31-1 to 69-31-15 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 239 and 244, relating to hoisting equipment in mines other than coal, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
