A third party may administer on behalf of the department a system developed to facilitate the issuance, verification and use of electronic credentials. History: 1978 Comp., § 66-5-606, enacted by Laws 2024, ch. 13, § 12. Effective dates. — Laws 2024, ch. 13 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 15, 2024, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
