The division shall establish and impose reasonable registration fees for the purposes of the Boat Act. History: Laws 1983, ch. 41, § 2; 1987, ch. 245, § 3. The 1987 amendment, effective June 19, 1987, substituted the present provisions for the former provisions which specified fees based on boat size and whether or not the boat was registered in its state of principal use.
