A transportation network company shall disclose in writing to its transportation network company drivers: A. the insurance coverage that the transportation network company provides the transportation network company driver while the driver is logged on to a digital network, including the types of coverage and the limits for each coverage; and B. that the transportation network company driver's insurance policy might exclude coverage while the driver is logged on to the transportation network company's digital network or while engaged in a prearranged ride. History: Laws 2016, ch. 80, § 9. Effective dates. — Laws 2016, ch. 80 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 18, 2016, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
