A transportation network company driver shall not solicit or accept street hails. History: Laws 2016, ch. 80, § 14. Effective dates. — Laws 2016, ch. 80 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 18, 2016, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
