A substantial compliance by the commission with the requirements of the Rural Telecommunications Act of New Mexico shall be sufficient to give effect to all rules, orders and acts of the commission, and they shall not be declared inoperative, illegal or void for any omission of a technical nature, in respect thereto. History: Laws 1999, ch. 295, § 11. Effective dates. — Laws 1999, ch. 295, § 16 made the Rural Telecommunications Act of New Mexico effective July 1, 1999.
