Repeals. — Laws 1995, ch. 175, § 2, repealed 63-9E-2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1989, ch. 229, § 2, relating to penalties for violation of state corporation commission regulations governing the use of private pay telephones, effective June 16, 1995.
