Chapter 63, Article 9C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Low Income Telephone Service Assistance Act". History: Laws 1987, ch. 197, § 1; 1998, ch. 108, § 70. The 1998 amendment, effective January 1, 1999, substituted "Chapter 63, Article 9C NMSA 1978" for "This act" near the beginning of the section.
