Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 108, § 81 repealed 63-8-1 through 63-8-7 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1955, ch. 43, §§ 1-7, relating to health and safety of railroad employees, effective January 1, 1999. For provisions of former sections, see the 1998 NMSA on NMOneSource.com .
