Repeals. — Laws 2003, ch. 336, § 9, repealed 62-3A-1 through 62-3A-23 NMSA 1978, the Electric Utility Industry Restructuring Act of 1999, as enacted by Laws 1999, ch. 294, §§ 1 to 22 and Laws 2000, ch. 88, § 1, and as amended by Laws 2001, ch. 5, §§ 1 to 10, effective June 20, 2003.
