The pipeline safety bureau shall serve as staff to the commission for the regulation of pipelines and pipeline safety, as provided by law. Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 2023, ch. 100, § 19 repealed former 62-19-16 NMSA 1978 and enacted a new section, effective July 1, 2024.
