In the event of any conflict between the Energy Transition Act and any other law regarding the attachment, assignment or perfection, or the effect of perfection, or priority of any security interest in or transfer of energy transition property, the Energy Transition Act shall govern to the extent of the conflict. History: Laws 2019, ch. 65, § 21. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 65 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
