Chapter 62, Article 17 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Efficient Use of Energy Act". History: Laws 2005, ch. 341, § 1; 2007, ch. 4, § 12. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed the reference from "Sections 1 through 11 of this act" to "Chapter 62, Article 17 NMSA 1978".
