The commission shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of the Renewable Energy Act. History: Laws 2004, ch. 65, § 9; 2019, ch. 65, § 34. The 2019 amendment, effective June 14, 2019, required the public regulation commission to promulgate rules to implement the provisions of the Renewable Energy Act; and after "shall", deleted "establish and amend" and added "promulgate", and after "rules", deleted "and regulations for the implementation of renewable portfolio standards consistent" and added "to implement the provisions of".
