Chapter 62, Article 16 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Renewable Energy Act". History: Laws 2004, ch. 65, § 1; 2007, ch. 4, § 5. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed the reference from "this act" to Chapter 62, Article 16 NMSA 1978.
