The secretary of state shall charge and collect for: A. filing articles of incorporation, five dollars ($5.00); B. filing articles of amendment, three dollars ($3.00); C. filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars ($5.00); D. filing articles of conversion, five dollars ($5.00); E. filing certificate of election to dissolve, two dollars ($2.00); F. filing articles of dissolution, three dollars ($3.00); and G. filing certificate of change of principal office, one dollar ($1.00).
