If the commission dismisses a complaint for lack of probable cause, the commission may refund a fee paid pursuant to Subsection B of Section 62-13-2 NMSA 1978 if the commission determines that the dismissed complaint was filed in good faith. History: Laws 2007, ch. 223, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 223 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 15, 2007, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
