Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 161, § 21 repealed 61-9A-17 to 61-9A-21.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1993, ch. 49, §§ 17 to 21 and Laws 1996, ch. 61, § 9, relating to licensure without examination, effective July 1, 1999.
