Chapter 61, Article 9A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Counseling and Therapy Practice Act". History: Laws 1993, ch. 49, § 1; 1999, ch. 161, § 1. Delayed repeals. — For delayed repeal of this section, see 61-9A-30 NMSA 1978. The 1999 amendment, effective July 1, 1999, substituted "Chapter 61, Article 9A NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 30 of this act".
