The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 to 28-2-6 NMSA 1978] shall govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted under the Podiatry Act. History: 1978 Comp., § 61-8-4.1, enacted by Laws 1986, ch. 90, § 1. Applicability. — Laws 1986, ch. 90, § 2 made the provisions of Laws 1986, ch. 90, § 1 applicable to applications for licensure pending or submitted after January 1, 1986.
