Chapter 61, Article 8 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Podiatry Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 67-6-1, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 221, § 1; 1998, ch. 24, § 1. The 1998 amendment, effective July 1, 1998, substituted "Chapter 61, Article 8 NMSA 1978" for "This act" at the beginning of the section. Am.
