A. Violation of any provision of the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act is a misdemeanor. B. The department or the board may bring civil action in any district court to enforce any of the provisions of the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act. History: Laws 1989, ch. 387, § 14.
