Chapter 61, Article 7 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Impaired Health Care Provider Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 67-42-1, enacted by Laws 1976, ch. 3, § 1; recompiled as 1953 Comp., § 67-8A-1; 1995, ch. 96, § 1. The 1995 amendment, effective June 16, 1995, rewrote this section which read "This act may be cited as the 'Impaired Physician Act'".
