Sections 1 through 10 [61-6B-1 to 61-6B-10 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Polysomnography Practice Act". History: Laws 2008, ch. 54, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2008, ch. 54, § 15 made the Polysomnography Practice Act effective July 1, 2008.
