Sections 1 through 10 [61-6A-1 to 61-6A-10 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Genetic Counseling Act". History: Laws 2008, ch. 53, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2008, ch. 53 § 14 made the Genetic Counseling Act effective July 1, 2009.
