A. The board has the authority to enter into an agreement with a nonprofit corporation to implement an impaired dentists and dental hygienists treatment program. B. For the purposes of this section, "impaired dentists and dental hygienists treatment program" means a program of care and rehabilitation services provided by those organizations authorized by the board to provide for the detention, intervention and monitoring of an impaired dentist or dental hygienist.
