This act [61-37-1 to 61-37-25 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Tobacco Products Act". History: Laws 2020, ch. 46, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2020, ch. 46, § 27 made Laws 2020, ch. 46, § 1 effective January 1, 2021.
