A. Initial licenses shall be issued for the remainder of the year in which the license is granted, as established by rule. B. Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1993, ch. 204, § 32 repealed former 61-32-12 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1989, ch. 187, § 2, concerning license renewal and revival, and § 12 of the act enacted a new section, effective June 18, 1993.
