Chapter 61, Article 30 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Real Estate Appraisers Act". History: Laws 1990, ch. 75, § 1; 1992, ch. 54, § 1. Delayed repeals. — For delayed repeal of this section, see 61-30-24 NMSA 1978. The 1992 amendment, effective May 20, 1992, substituted "Chapter 61, Article 30 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 23 and Section 28 of this Act".
