Chapter 61, Article 24D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Home Inspector Licensing Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 239, § 1; 2022, ch. 39, § 92. The 2022 amendment, effective May 18, 2022, changed "This act" to "Chapter 61, Article 24D NMSA 1978".
