No person shall practice landscape architecture or represent himself as a landscape architect unless he has a certificate of registration issued pursuant to the Landscape Architects Act. The 2001 amendment, effective June 15, 2001, substituted "shall practice landscape architecture" for "practice as a landscape architect".
