A. There is created in the state treasury the "landscape architects fund". B. All funds received by the board and money collected under the Landscape Architects Act shall be deposited with the state treasurer, who shall place the money to the credit of the landscape architects fund. C. All amounts paid into the landscape architects fund shall be subject to the order of the board and shall be used only for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Landscape Architects Act. All money unexpended or unencumbered at the end of the fiscal year shall remain in the landscape architects fund for use in accordance with the provisions of the Landscape Architects Act.
