The examinations for surveying certification and licensure shall be held at least once a year at a time and place the board directs. The surveying committee shall determine the passing grade on examinations. History: 1978 Comp., § 61-23-27.6, enacted by Laws 1993, ch. 218, § 27; 1999, ch. 259, § 22.
