Upon conviction of any person for violation of any provision of the Optometry Act, the board or any interested person may, in addition to the penalty herein provided, petition the district court for an order restraining and enjoining said person from further or continued violation of the Optometry Act and the order may be enforced by contempt proceedings. Severability. — Laws 1973, ch. 353, § 16, provided for the severability of the Optometry Act if any part or application thereof is found invalid.
