All money received under the Collection Agency Regulatory Act by the director shall be deposited in the general fund. History: Laws 1987, ch. 252, § 31; 2022, ch. 39, § 85. The 2022 amendment, effective May 18, 2022, required that all money received under the Collection Agency Regulatory Act by the director be deposited in the general fund; in the section heading, deleted "in general fund"; and after "shall be deposited in the", deleted "office of the state treasurer" and added "general fund".
