Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 55, § 94 repealed 61-18A-24 NMSA 1978 as enacted by Laws 1987, ch. 252, § 24, relating to proceedings in connection with issuance, renewal, suspension, denial or revocation, effective September 1, 1998.
