An applicant denied a license or an operator or body artist whose license is suspended or revoked by the board may appeal pursuant to Section 39-3-1.1 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 2007, ch. 181, § 10. Delayed repeals. — For delayed repeal of this section, see 61-17B-18 NMSA 1978. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 181 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, is effective June 15, 2007, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
