Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 282, § 15 repeals 61-15-4.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 63, § 1 relating to development, adoption and enforcement of rules governing the practice of architecture on public projects, effective June 19, 1987.
