Any person validly licensed as an acupuncture practitioner under prior law of this state shall be deemed licensed under the provisions of the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Practice Act. History: 1978 Comp., § 61-14A-21, enacted by Laws 1993, ch. 158, § 29.
