Sections 1 through 13 [61-12G-1 through 61-12G-13 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Naturopathic Doctors' Practice Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 244, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 244 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
